According to me, towards which way an individual should head, depends on various factors. , doctors, lawyers, or any other profession where knowledge is the key. If a person is passionate about these kinds of professions it is important for them to gain thorough knowledge before start practicing. In my opinion, with

belief, it gets difficult for anyone to switch their career path if they want to somewhere down the road. Whereas in the other approach, students are taking some time to experiment with their skills in the real world.

gives them time and opportunity to look at what their inner self enjoys better and what can give them highest work satisfaction in the future.
