At the rate at which our generation and society is growing everyone is busy with their job and a healthy lifestyle is a hot cake topic. Some believe workout is the key, but there are others who think that balance
diet
is more better and is more essential. In
this
essay I would like to talk about both sides and give my point of view with suitable examples.
Firstly
, In old day there was not so many machines, so everyone had to do their work with more effort and they need to use their muscles to get the task done.
For example
, In old day's farmers didn't have any new technology tractors or cultivators to plant or cut the crops, they had to
endeavor
a purposeful or industrious undertaking (especially one that requires effort or boldness)

from dawn to dusk. Which keep them fit and even they eat plenty of food it use to get digested and used as energy for their struggle. But,
that is
not the case as for the present generation.As they had all new technology to get their production done quicker and effortless they need to have proper

and exercise to keep them self healthy.
Secondly
, workout and having balanced
diet
are like two sides of the coin. People think if

has a good
diet
,
then
they don't need to do training and vice versa, but
that is
not the case.
For example
, Person is going in gyms, if he does gym,
then
he burns out so many calories and which are required in our
body
so to fill that back we need to have proper
diet
and need to get all the proteins which are required in our
body
to function properly, whereas who think balance
diet
can do all, well for them it might be surprised. Balance,
diet
yes, it does prevent
one
to from obesity, but if we do the exercise with it,
then
it keeps our
body
more over active and healthy. To summarize, whether you choose an exercise or balance
diet
, I believe
one
can't go without the other. So
one
should do both as both of them play their own part which can help us to keep
