a way that employees are working overtime only when necessary. Better performance and productivity can accomplish

way. In conclusion, higher competition in the labour market, competitive business are the main reasons for higher stress in the workplace. And the employers have a lot to contribute to improving the situation. A healthy workplaces are very crucial for better performance and productivity of the employees.
