Some people believe that it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world. Others believe that some information is too important or too valuable to be shared freely. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Some people say that it is a good thing to share as much as
information
as possible in research, business and academic. Others argued that some important
information
should be kept as secrets. I agree with the
second
idea. I admit that spread
information
is common and helpful. Scientist can get ideas from exploration done by others and use them as a conclusion. Nowadays, most of researches are the extension of old theories. Without the share of knowledges, technology will never be able to develop so fast.
However
, there is some
information
that cannot spread freely. Core knowledge of high technology should be secret. If all instruction about the investigation were shared, there will be no competition between research team. Researchers are not willing to do new works as they can get the latest
information
without hardworking. Not all business
information
should be shared. If there are no business secrets, big company will no longer exist because they invest a lot in technique but all companies can benefit from it. What's more, some
information
is too dangerous to be known by the public.
For example
, the way to produce guns must be hidden as secrets. Once terrorists mastered the ability to make guns, they will be more dangerous. Generally speaking,
although
information
sharing helps people a lot, spreading them without limit will cause other big problems. In my opinion, there are too many knowledge are too valuable or important to be shared.
