Women should have an equal role alongside men in both police and armed forces. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

It is often argued that nowadays women are at par with men and
hence
they should get equal responsibility as men do in Defence force.
This
essay totally agrees with the above notion as the law needs more women force to deal with women accused crimes and
secondly
delegating responsibility equally empowers women in the society. Many nations across the world has laws stating that a woman accused can only be arrested by a women constable or officer. Since times immemorial crimes had been a common phenomenon of the society, and no doubt women had played equal roles as victims and accused. For
such
lady criminal it is essential to have a substantial female police force.
For example
, the famous news reporter Alena civic, rejected to get arrested for her crime, stating that she needs a women's officer to arrest her.
Moreover these

Moreover, these
days women are indulged in spying and infiltration across borders. For
such
crimes the armed forces
also
need to maintain female armed personnel's.
On the other hand
, statistics reveal that though there had been a successive increase in the percent of female recruitments in armed and police forces, but a few get to higher positions due to the lack of opportunities at the initial level of job. Usually forces prefer giving ground duty services and postings at peace stations for the female employees irrespective of their capabilities of working equivalent to male employees.
For example
the
first
ever female officer of border security forces, Miss Pareekh was
initially
given posting at the Kashmir border, but due to cease fire violation she was transferred immediately to peace station at Jaisalmer. Though she urged not to transfer her. Due to the lack of exceptional responsibilities females find it difficult to create a portfolio necessary for higher promotions. In conclusion, I would state that ladies should be given equal responsibilities as men for women empowerment as well as for eradicating gender biases.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
