A good number of institutions consider the mode of dressing of their employees most important, while some others rate the worth of their goods and services above physical looks. I am of the opinion that

offered as evidenced by customer satisfaction should be of priority in organisations. Certain organizations, probably because of the nature of their services, think that how well dressed their workers are, will determine how much income the

is because they are of the mindset that a flawless outlook as expressed by the impeccable dressing of the

workers will garner regard among their

someone who pays for goods or services

, and give the impression that the

is very organized, and that the workers are very good at what they do,

having an overall positive effect on their sales. Other organizations,

, prioritise the quality of goods and services rendered to the public over the look of their workers. They expect their high standard of services and optimum goods, rather than human aesthetics to speak for their

's reputation. They

believe that the main aim of a business establishment is to meet the needs of people and as long as they are succeeding

that front, little else matters. I am in full agreement with

. In conclusion, as important as physical appearance is in achieving organizational goals, I am of the opinion that work quality should reign supreme at all times.
