Some people believe that capital punishment should not be used. Others, however, argue that it should be allowed for the most serious crimes. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Due to the burgeoning population around the globe, the crime rate is
also
increasing ludicrously, which is a threatening issue. There are split opinion regarding
this
problem.
However
, some people think that minor punishments are enough, if found someone guilty, whereas another group of thinker argue that extreme forms of punishment should be reserved for those who harm others. Before commenting on my opinion,

I
would like to shed the light on both the views. It is irrefutable that law and order situation is deteriorating in several countries. There are several reasons of it, but the foremost is unemployment, because somehow the power is unable to provide job opportunities for fresh graduates or young individuals which creates stress among them. The situation leads a somebody to commit a crime, since they found it convenient way of earning in a bit of time. Some people believe that rather punishing them, the authority should create earning ways for them in order to control the situation. On the flip side, some people bolster the fact that in order to refrain a person from brutal acts, the law should publicly hang those criminals who are involved in murders, so

an
individual could get a lesson from them.
For example
, in 1997 when the number of criminal acts was to rise in Karachi, the government ordered the law enforcement agency to shoot on sight if caught a person red
handedly
. The government successfully reduced the number of cases after
this
act.
Thus
, to recapitulate the topic, it can be said that both the opinions has its own pros and cons and we cannot say which point is right or wrong. In my opinion, I am agreeing that Capital punishment should be reserved for those who commit big crimes.
Furthermore
, the buck stop with state to render earning opportunities so as to control the crime.
