2. Some people say that spending time to develop a successful career is the most important thing. Others say that spending time with friends & family is more important. Discuss both views and give your opinion

In the 21st century,
time
is more important than money. Utilisation of
moment
Suggestion
the moment
is the key factors in
this
important aspect of growth. Nowadays work life balance is a mandatory subject and it’s a controversial issue. It affects in everyone’s life, while some highlight the significance of employment progression a person’s heart more than spending hour with family and friends, critics condemn
this
idea and believe people should spend more
time
with their loved ones. In
this
essay, I will discuss both sides of debate and I will give my opinion in the conclusion. On the one hand, proponents of occupational success often mention the financial aspects of job achievement. By being in the top rated company in any field, one would have a choice to find a job at good companies who offers high salary and package to their employees.
This
would enable a person to support their family financially or help poor people by way of donating to charities.
Besides
, that some people need challenges and hardworking which suit their personality. There are lots of people who get bored and do not like family gatherings or socializing with friends.
However
, they get excited by progression in their work and that gives them a better satisfaction.
On the other hand
, critics believe that focusing only on
career
, while neglecting family and friends is not beneficial in the long run. Widespread related diseases, depression, especially in developed countries suggest that people should have balanced life, by changing their habits and spending some hour with family and friends.
Moreover
, children whom bring up without attention of their parents due to long hour job, would suffer adulthood problems. To recapitulate, both the mindsets have their own priorities and goals according to which one can decide what to prefer with family & friends over a
career
or vice versa. But I tend to believe family, friends & own
time
is much more important over
career
and work. It is recommended that
this
decision of
time
,
career
and money should be taken by mutual consensus by everyone.
