instance is the idea of freezing a working life of a person to 65 irrespective of their job domain. Earlier, they used to perform until the

day of their job, some even extending it, but today they want to retire much earlier without foregoing the benefits. I agree with their viewpoint and I will be justifying it with reasons and examples in my essay.
