Some people think language class should be taught in small class, others think the number of students doesn't matter. Do you agree or disagree?
Opinions are divided on whether small classes are most suitable for students to learn languages, or whether the
number
of students is not important. In my opinion, although
some classes are designed for a limited amount of students, I believe that the number
of students does not matter.
On the one hand, some small language
classes have their own merits.This
is because teachers are more likely to provide support to every student if the number
of students is limited.For example
, teachers are able to help every student to correct their own pronunciation in a small class
.By contrast
, there is no possible to guarantee that no one in a big class
should be left behind. In that case, some students who are quite introverted and not good at speaking foreign languages are more likely to lose opportunities from teachers’ help.As a result
, larger language
classes will fail to help some students to make progress.
On the other hand
, some people think that the number
of students is not important.Because the process of learning a language
is more associated with other factors such
as perseverance, hard work as well as practice. It means that students who are interested in languages will try their best to overcome a lot of problems and not concern about the size of the class
. For instance
, if they cannot hear the teachers’ voice in a big class
, they can take the initiative to find teachers after class
.In addition
, as long as students spend a huge amount of time on practicing a language
in terms of reading, listening, writing and speaking, they can master it.
In conclusion,
I believe that the Accept space
,
number
of students is not our concern because other determinants such
as insistence are more important.Although
small languages have advantages,
it is not suitable for everyone.Accept space
,
