Some people think that men and women have different qualities. Therefore, some certain jobs are suitable for men and some jobs are suitable for women. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

While, it is a common belief that differences in gender should be considered
of the most important factors to do a job well or not, some think there is no difference between men and women s abilities in making a career. In my opinion, being a man or woman is not a major factor. On the
hand, I agree that there are different qualities between male and female in not only mental but
physical abilities.
For instance
, since men usually have stronger muscle than women, they are more capable to do some activities which need more energy. Working in mines or digging canals, wells, sewers and underground tunnels can be considered in
difficult and dangerous, jobs.
On the other hand
, according to some psychological research in my country, women are more suitable in doing some professions which need more patient and kind.
For example
, nursing and teaching are two samples of the careers which women usually have outstanding abilities in doing them.
, there are many evidences that there is any differences between men and women to do a job in some cases.
example, it is said that men usually have a better mathematical brain, though we can name a lot of woman that put themselves as
of the best mathematics all over the world. Maryam Mirzakhani is
the famous female in my country which could gain a Nobel Prize in mathematics. As a consequence, while no
can deny the importance of differences in
gender s
a grammatical category in inflected languages governing the agreement between nouns and pronouns and adjectives; in some languages it is quite arbitrary but in Indo-European languages it is usually based on sex or animateness
abilities in doing a job, I believe that it is not a general principle and there are a lot of situations in which men and women emerge the same.
