Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish. Why do you think this is happening? What can governments do to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced?

There is no doubt that using excess items leads to more waste which affects the world negatively. Some people tend to be wasteful when they have too much of an item. There are a few things to prevent that wasteful which can be done by the government. The
