At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relative large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

Nowadays, the population of some countries includes a considerable difference in the number of young people and old people.
This
situation provides enormous advantages to the
economy
of the countries.
First
of all, young adults are very important in the consumerism of different markets and they spend more in relevant areas of the
economy
than adults
such
as education and technology. Education is one of the most significant investments of one country because when people prepare and specialise in a field they are able to contribute to the workforce, economic increase, and entrepreneurship.
On the other hand
, elderly people are less productive in the
economy
and most of them mean investment for the country due to the pensions, health payments, and social services that they receive from governments while they are unproductive.
This
situation sometimes becomes a challenge for the government to ensure sufficient support for adults without creating a burden on young people. The advantages of a large number of young adults, compared with the older people outweigh the disadvantages of
this
situation because in general there is a greater contribution to the
economy
by
Suggestion
of
the youth than elderly people.
