development is partially a positive one due to some reasons below.

and foremost, people involved in more than one occupation have more chances of having a wider range of practical experience. Each occupation has its signature,
therefore

hoppers who are expected to be fluent at different skills get used to novel technologies and different working culture.
As a result
, they accumulate a great deal of diverse knowledge which is extremely essential for whoever is dying for a higher position in their career.
For example
, not only managerial experience is required for a chief executive officer, but
also
the specialist skills
such
as marketing or finance knowledge.
Moreover
, by attempting to experience various jobs, employees can clearly understand their strengths as well as their drawbacks to know what is the most appropriate profession for themselves. Switching to the other side of the argument, frequent
job
changes may have a profound effect on a prospective employee’s resumé. Managing more than one business often means that a
job
hopper does not specialize in any field which can get wary of the recruiters of his/her profession. They might suspect
job
seekers of their work ethics and commitment and

underestimate their potential ability, which is a negative facet. Considering all of the above, it is undeniable that the development has some adverse sides.
Nonetheless
, in general, it is greatly encouraged if an employee reaps the benefits of
