Health is the real concern for people nowadays. Researchers stated that people who plays sports are more fit than who does not. On contrary, some believe that other protocols are required to be physically stable. In my opinion, both views have strong aspects. I will discuss the following ideas

, all the players who play particular sports are robust and have a tough immune system. But I would like to notify that if they are wholesome its not only because they play outdoors or indoors games, it's

because they are eating a healthy

like iron, sodium, potassium, and collagens in their food makes them play well and all these ingredients regenerate their broken muscles fibres after playing so hard. Probing

, some people believe that working out, yoga in the morning and limited the food with fatty acids can make a person healthful.

is the best combo to increase the health rate in the country. To exemplify, researchers conducted a survey in grocery stores people who work out they eat healthy food with less fat for their better physiques.
