Smoking is a major cause of serious illness and death throughout the world today. In the interest of the public health, governments should ban cigarettes and other tobacco products. These days have seen a considerable rise in the use of tobacco products and it has become the main cause of critical illnesses and mortality worldwide. Despite the fact that smoking can be a personal choice, it is my personal belief that the use of tobacco-related products should become illegal.

individuals have the right to choice of smoking, it seems to me that prevention is always better than cure and smoking prohibiting laws is essential for the sake of public health and the society.
