In many places, new homes are needed but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and do not build new homes there. What is your opinion about this?

Nowadays, there is lots of chaos in the suburbs, people prefer moving
countryside
and due to increase in the population the real estate firms want high rise buildings rather than homes in the suburbs which take up lots of
space
and lead to less
space
and congestion. To elaborate, due to increase in population and people moving to suburbs for work and studies, there is influx in the population which lead to crowded place and no availability of and presence of huge restauranra hotels and amusement parks take up of lot of territory in the suburbs leading to less area and people moving to other side to build their homes as it is more peaceful and lest cost effective and larger and bigger homes can be built due to availability of
space
.

want to protect it and they do not want people to build homes and increase pollution in surroundings which is more peaceful and calm than suburbs. In my opinion

calm and less chaotic and avoid getting overcrowded by building more homes. If they could come with an option of limiting the area and preserving the remaining part would solve the issues. To sum up with they should come up with a proper plan to protect a part of
