Some people think that women should not be allowed to work in police force ? Do u agree or disagree ?

According to some, the work in the

police

force is not meant for women. I completely agree with

this

statement as working in the

police

or military can be very challenging and difficult.  

First

of all, the

police

or military

job

is one of the best

job

to serve a nation.

However

, it comes with a lot of demands. One has to undergo a lot of intensive trainings in order to be physically fit. It requires women to be strong and fit to face any kind of dangerous situations.

For example

, about 90 percent of the

police

are males in the United States.

Thus

, as females are physically weaker than males, they are less competent for

this

job

.

Secondly

, the situations and conditions in which one has to work can be very harsh. Being always away from family for months and years, not able to communicate with them at the time of need can be very tiring and draining.

Thus

, women are emotionally vulnerable and fragile to face

such

conditions.

Hence

, they are not the optimal choice for

this

profession
