Online education and training is becoming increasingly popular in the business world. Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages?

huge corporations.
This
essay will argue that despite on the imperfect quality of online learning, the familiar environment at
work
during training far outweighs any supposed disadvantages. When training takes place at the employee's workplace, they must combine
this
process with their immediate
work
responsibilities.
This
is because these responsibilities cannot be assigned to another worker.
For instance
, when I was training in electrical safety, I had to do my project
work
,
as a result
of which I was forced to retake the exam because it was impossible to prepare for it on
time
.
However
, concerns about the exam’s fail can be reduced if the manager will provide a suitable place for training, where nobody disturbs trainee. On-the-job training allows you to save
time
on a business trip to another city for training. In many cases, the training
time
is much less than the
time
spent on the way to the training place.
For example
, if 40 years ago the employees of a small organization in Siberia had to spend
time
and money on a business trip to Moscow to get the necessary certificates, now it is enough to have a computer with Internet access for full training, using online platforms.
This
opportunity means that most people have a chance to spend more working
time
on training, rather than on a business trip. In conclusion, the opportunities given to workers to go through the training at the workplace far outweigh the supposed disadvantages of combining
work
responsibilities with the learning process while studying in online platforms.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
