Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling Is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

Currently, people are continually concerned about environmental issues. Many global organisations appeal to the public to be conscious on natural damages. Governments have a responsibility to call on the citizens on these issues.
However
, others argue that regulations are needed in order to draw the attention. While humanity is being avaricious, myriad amounts of natural resources are needed for manufacturing. Unlimited taken has caused to the species being modicum. Recycle is the only solution to protect the nature. It is inevitable to take relevant activities before worse disaster happened. As the government is empowered to control the behaviour of the citizens, regulation is needed to involve recycling. The reason why requisites the regulation is the public doesn’t have to recycle conscious.
Therefore they

Therefore, they
won’t accustom to reusing their refuses. To set up a statement with punishment for reusing is much more efficient and direct approach to coerce the citizens to perform. To illustrate
this
evidence. Shanghai would be a good illustration.
Last
year, Shanghai implemented recycle legislation with sharp punishment.
As a result
,
this
facilitates the rate of reusing and the citizens started to classify the categories of rubbish for reusing. On the contrast, recycle education might be better for
this
response. Japan is the model country of
this
method. Because Japanese are educated to be aware of recycling,
this
has made them well organising their refuse. It is better to let the public to understand the damage of overusing and the advantage of recycling.
Nevertheless
, it takes long time to cultivate the public. Especially for contemporary adults, it is difficult to change their awareness. In summary, I would be advocating to combine education and regulations.
This
can ensure that all age groups could be included.
Therefore
, regulation is required for
this
protection.
