In many countries today there are many highly qualified graduates without employment. What factors may have caused this situation and what, in your opinion, can/should be done about it?

Nowadays, the rate of unemployment is exponentially increasing, even the people with higher education are not getting employment in any countries. There are several factors associated with it
such
as a tremendous increase in the population, economy, cutthroat competition. Before, drafting my final conclusion, I will discuss potential causes behind
this
issue.
Firstly
, due to the overpopulation, there are less jobs in the market as compared to amount of candidates applying for it.
Moreover
, it creates a highly competitive environment for job seekers.
Secondly
, corruption is
also
plays a negative role.
For instance
, if an individual meets all the requirements of the recruitment, it is not guaranteed that he will possibly get the job without offering compensations to higher officials. Some countries are still using traditional methodology for production and not taking efforts to expand globally.
However
, if they do trade agreement with other parts of the world, it will create a large number of employment opportunities. It can be clearly cross checked by a survey which was conducted by " the times of India" which revealed the fact, that countries without the international platform of the business tends to have more unemployment rate than the others which have expanded all over the globe. I personally opine, that the government of the countries should encourage trade with highly developed countries for the betterment of its civilians.
