Every human being strives hard to earn for his or her family. Since the existence of mankind on

planet, to earn for living has been a basic requirement of everyone. There has been a debate that working with the same organization for entire work life is good, whereas others think that working with different organizations is more beneficial.

professionals always find a better place for themselves in the job market. Due to their professional acumen, companies try to hire and offer them lucrative packages.

is the very reason that these employees reach the highest ranks and find themselves on the peaks of their professions. Many examples from the business world can be given which prove the argument. Like BMW hired their sales manager from Mercedes based on his top performance in the company. In conclusion, after viewing above points, I fully support the idea of working with different companies.
