The company you work for is planning to provide special training for staff. Your duty is to find out if the local conference centre has suitable facilities in order to hold the training.

Dear Sir, I hope
this
letter meets you well. I would like to get some enquires on your facility for a 5 day workshop training session of the 20th to 25th. The training would be for all staff and senior managers. There would be 5 guest speakers from different companies who will be speaking on different topics. The total number of persons attending the training would be 125.  Please kindly ensure that all your equipments are in good shape before the training commences.
Firstly
, the training room should be fully equipped with all the necessary workstations as the trainers would be required to complete some practical exercises. A whiteboard should be provided for trainers who prefer to write on the paper or to illustrate their points.  A video projector to show examples of the slide shows, infographics and video clips as visual aid helps the staff to retain the information they see. Your projection screen should be in good condition as well. The surface of the fabric should be very clean, smooth and not wrinkled or torn as
this
would affect people's viewing comfort during the session. Your projection should be mounted on the wall for better viewing.  A tablet
instead
of a computer is preferred because a tablet is lighter than a computer and it can be connected to the internet easily and other multimedia equipments via wifi or Bluetooth.
Finally
, I would like to find out if you can provide constant electricity and a good internet connection throughout the training, as these equipments are very important and should be provided for everyone to be able to access the internet quickly and easily. I hope to get a positive and swift response back with all my questions. Warm Regards, Julia
