Some people change the type of work frequently, while others do the same type of work for long time. Discuss both the views and give your Opinion.

A few people believe in changing jobs frequently is better, whereas, other people believe sticking to one job for a longer period of time is more fruitful.
This
is a debatable statement how much time an individual should invest in a particular type of work, whether they should stick to the same company for years or keep switching to other jobs. There are many people who believe that we should stay in the same organization for years, so that the company will start valuing them or sooner or later they will get promoted easily. The major reason behind
this
is that people do not want to get out of their comfort zone and not ready to accept changes in their life. Due to
this
, they spend years at the same place, in the hope of getting promoted and remain stagnant in their professional life for a long time.
However
, other people believe that changing jobs can give more opportunities and lead to steady growth.
Also
, it not only helps in getting more salary and other perks, but
also
, it makes a person more outspoken and changes their overall personality.
Besides
this
, new jobs and new workplace give new ideas, and more experiences.
Therefore
, in my opinion, switching jobs has been a much better idea than sticking to one job for years. To conclude, every person has a different perspective towards their job, some believe that it is better to stay in the same office in their comfort zone, whereas, other people feel it is better to explore new jobs after a while. Staying stagnant at one place does not lead us anywhere, but if we keep on exploring different types of work it surely helps in getting more experiences with a better life ahead.
