Some people think that a person can never understand the culture of a country unless they speak the language. To what extent do you agree or disagree.
It is often stated by some people that, to know about other

's customs, it is the best way to learn that countries languages. I agree generally since language is the pivotal communication medium, a way one can interact with others and share their thoughts as well as by knowing languages they can read those country
's famous old-traditional books.

, Knowing foreign languages make them interact with that country
's residents. In fact, those residents are one, who knows more about their rituals and customs. By interacting with them, people can easily and effectively learn that country
's customs. Even though people can surf the internet and translate that information to
their mother tongue and learn it, it is not that effective like interact with residents. Suggestion
