Most people do not care enough about environmental issues. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

We are all lucky to live

an incredible and beautiful planet and it is almost impossible to believe that
mostly

most
people do not want to do anything to preserve the environment. We have started to witness a lot of
catastrophic consequences
Suggestion
the catastrophic consequences
of our activities
such
as global warming, a huge amount of
garbage
, environmental pollution, the rapid depletion of natural resources and unfortunately we are able to continue
this
list indefinitely. Globally, everything in the world has a connection with each other. Sometimes people can hear about some problems which are far away and they do not care about it, because it could be even on another continent. But in real life we cannot even imagine how close it is. New pandemic in China quickly spreads everywhere, high greenhouse gas levels in Europe

the melting of Arctic glaciers and the pollution of small seas or some rivers eventually leads to the pollution of the oceans.
For instance
, I suppose that a huge amount of
garbage
is one of the most pressing problems nowadays. People were quite aware of
this
problem
when it had already taken on a catastrophic scale. But now
garbage
can be found everywhere, where people even have never been – it is because the ocean or the wind could bring some rubbish. All of the human community around the globe must realize the
globality
and seriousness of
this
problem
and cause some reaction and response in the minds of people. Some people are trying to change
this
terrible context – they sort
garbage
, use electric cars, invent new appliances or try to draw public attention to the
problem
. But all of these things, of course, are not enough to solve
such
a difficult
problem
. But I believe that if humankind acts consciously and together and does not stay indifferent and consumer attitude to the environment, we will be able to help nature restore its balance and we must take the steps necessary for protecting our environment in the beginning and not wait in order to prevent disaster in the future.
