Statement: Some people prefer to do physical activities to relax, while others choose mental activities. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Nowadays, the stress burden is increasing rapidly. So, some people choose mental peace activities, whilst others prefer to do physical activities. As per my point of view, mental relaxation is mandatory to keep our life healthy and happy. Activities,
such
as meditation and reiki are more beneficial than physical.
However
, we cannot deny the importance of physical task
also
. The present essay gives an outline on both the views and their explanation.
To begin
with, mental activities can enhance strength, concentration, and power of the body. Meditation is the best exercise for improving human health and that result can be shown in personal behaviour.
For instance
, a one-hour daily meditation work can boost approx 10% concentration skill yearly, which is reported in a Baba Ramdev magazine, inventor of Yog and Sadhna.
Additionally
, Reiki can help in the self-healing process. Individuals get benefit to rebound themselves with positive energy and relaxation.
Furthermore
, in physical activities, a person gets involved by physical as well as mentally like swimming, gym, and yoga. In
this
, a person is spending their energy and feel relax. As a consequence, they may
also
feel tired. Recently, Yogesh Chaudhary, a famous boxer confesses that, he chooses physical activities only before starting a real match. Despite spending more efficiency, many sports personalities like to be sweating by doing physical effort for mental peace. In recapitulation, to choose a type of relaxation depends upon an individual and their daily working process. But, my strong belief tends to do mental activities which may help to restore stamina for more fruitful job.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
