As countries develop, more and more people buy and use their own cars. Do the advantages of this trend for individuals outweigh the disadvantages for the environment?

To begin
with, development is important for every nation, every individual and surely, it brings about many negative effects too along with the positive factor of economic growth. Automobiles play a leading role in bringing comfort to every person in commuting from one place to another,
nevertheless
, it adds on the disadvantages to the ecosystem we are living in.
Firstly
, using our own means of transportation gives an individual privacy and easy at time management. Reduces dependability and
also
is a symbol of social status, but, nothing comes only with benefits, the increase in these facilities brings forth the loss to the environment. To list a few, requirement of non renewable fuel increases, raise in pollution is recorded, parking difficulties, more about traffic issues are faced, increase in road construction is needed, which is met by cutting down trees which, indeed steals the natural habitat of animals leading to the extinction of many. The list is indeed never ending, destruction of the environment is the cost paid for the comfort purchased. On
this
account, it can be understood that, with the development of countries, there is up growth in the sales of cars, more job opportunities as well its a trend noticed, that every family owns a car in many cases, as well as sometimes every member of the family possess an independent vehicle. At
this
point, it should be made clear that,
this
is probably taking us towards the opposite side from our destination of success and advancement. Our
next
generation will not be able to benefit with the natural resources as well as will not be prepared to overcome the lifestyle they have adapted. Resources are limited, to acquire more the earth needs to be destroyed and modified to meet our needs, disturbing the nature.
Therefore
,
this
development by using more of cars will prove to be a disaster in long terms. Facilities to use the vehicle with require several modifications in the mother nature as few are mentioned above. To conclude, as countries develop, more and more people buy and use their own cars is one of the reasons for the damage

to
the environment and disturbance of the ecosystem.
