Leaders and directors in an organisation are normally older people. Some people think younger leaders would be better. Do you agree or disagree?

It is true that a higher
position
is relatively occupied by aging employee because of possessing a tremendous of knowledges. While, other believe that younger generations should take over the
position
from the elderly people. From my perspective, the senior staff has more effective solution over the young in leading a company, and will elaborate with my opinions.
Firstly
, it is usually difficult for an immature to compete with a mature in terms of experience, those who gained adequate experience to solve difficulty than those who do not. A reason for
this
, a business matter sometimes requires the person who in charge to crack cases with firm confidence.
Hence
, due to the lack of dealing with a number of cases in a difficult situation.
As a result
, years of experiences in a relevant
position
tend to make the older, better candidate than who do not have a sophisticated professionalism. Another advantage, the aged, people likely get an attention from stuffs who used to work with them. At the time that spent working together is often longer than the young. So they can fully understand their colleagues and Internal communication and understanding of their existence affects the success of a leader.
On the other hand
, in comparison, the young will need more time for contributing to overcome the old and to prove themselves worthy. I believe that a crucial
position
of authority should be given to the sophisticated older stuff with the certain reasons mentioned over the immature stuff.
