Some people think that the government should establish free libraries in each town. Others believe it is a waste of money since people can access the internet at home to obtain information. Discuss both the side and give your opinion.

People have different views on the allocation of budget to the establishment of libraries which for freely using by nations. While some think collecting data could be achieve the function by using research engines at home, so that libraries should no longer exist in the future.
However I
Accept comma addition
However, I
believed that libraries still have their unique functions, so that it is worthy to invest. There are several reasons for those people insist the expenses of building a library are wasteful.
Firstly
, the advancement of the Internet are growing at the speed of light and users could seek any information with a click on their living places. Google,
for instance
, which one of the most useful research engines, are providing plenty of free resources to satisfy various people's requirements.
Secondly
, individuals could access to the Internet with their personal computers, the machines which become affordable to everyone, at any time and any location.
By contrast
, libraries stay at a fixed location could be the reason for preventing people to go there if they just simply using the Internet for researching.
On the other hand
, I believed that the establishment of libraries is still a worthwhile investment to countries.
This
is because it is a suitable store for those students, who interest in history, to find out printed historical reading materials
such
as magazines, periodicals or journals. At the same time, some elderly people for inability of using computers could be beneficial.
Moreover
, libraries could provide the atmosphere of learning by imposing the quiet policy, so that those students could improve their efficiency of study.
For example
, people may lower their working progress as they may distract by other entertainments at home.
Therefore
, libraries are irreplaceable constructions that fulfil different purposes. In conclusion, I firmly believed that governors should invest those free library bases on the reasons mentioned above,
such
as offering special environments, printed materials storage functions.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
