Big salary is much more important than job satisfaction. Do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that it is more significant to choose a
job
with a high wage even if it is not suited to your life path at all. I completely disagree with
this
opinion and think that
job
satisfaction is much more important than a big
salary
.
First
of all, I believe that doing what you like keeps you motivated and
therefore
leads to a career growth. People who love their jobs can easily excel in their field of work, and in a result achieve good grow than those, who put a
salary
in the
first
place.
For example
, one person from my city where I live, decided to leave his everyday
job
despite a good
salary
to become a businessman with his own company. And after the years of ups and downs, his cafe become the most popular in the area without losing something precious.
This
is advantage of
job
, which keeps you satisfied outweigh the drawbacks of a low
salary
.
Secondly
, we know that money cannot buy happiness and it is more pleasant to pursue what you're interested in. People, who was working on the unloved
job
great deal of time, may feel depressed about thinking that they lost their dream of life.
For instance
, the k-pop group BTS was under the poor entertainment company in the beginning of their career, but with their work ethic and love of producing music the group gained the fame all around the world and
as a result
big honorarium. From what has been discussed here should be drawn a conclusion that I strongly believe that a
job
satisfaction is more important than a high
salary
because it makes people happy and motivated.
