When choosing a job, salary is the most important consideration. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Salary is indeed the most concern nowadays for job seekers. While I accept that personal financial goal is an important consideration when choosing a career, I would argue that there are other equally important factors. On the one hand,
money
is a crucial tool for people to survive.
Firstly
, having a steady monthly income will secure basic requirements
such
as rent, food, utilities, transport, etc. That leads to less stress for the individuals and less financial burden on government relief programs.
Secondly
, with the extra
money
accumulated every month, people can take extra care of their physical and mental health
such
as by choosing healthier organic food.
As a result
, they are likely to stay fit and
therefore
capable of leading a positive lifestyle and maintain a productive work-life balance.
However
, I still believe that there are more suitable elements that need to be considered when it comes to taking on a new job. The
first
element is the importance of a positive and open workplace. A place where you will spend most of your waking hours every day should be energetic, engaging, and supportive. Having a devoted manager and friendly colleagues
instead
of an arrogant authoritarian boss and sycophantic co-workers can contribute significant difference in personal performance at work, which might increase morale among staff, indirectly benefiting the employers.
Additionally
, many people might agree that their professional satisfaction would come from the recognition from their companies, the skills they learn, and the hands-on experience, rather than the
money
they earn. In conclusion, while the salary is certainly important when choosing a job, I disagree with the idea that
money
outweighs other aspects.

Support ideas with relevant, specific examples

Examples make your writing easier to understand by illustrating points more effectively.

Examples, if used properly, not only help you get higher marks for ‘Task Response’ but also for ‘Coherence’.

When giving examples it is best to put them after your main idea or topic sentence. They can be used in the middle of supporting sentences or they can be used to start a new sentence. There is no rule for where exactly to give examples in essays, logically they would come after your main idea/topic sentence or just after a supporting sentence.
