. Certainly, Computer and cell phone are more useful nowadays. It is quite easy to do
work

home
 and more useful with the own computer and telephone. Doing
work
 in the house will reduce the travel
time
 every day and at the same
time
 it will save the fuel cost to the workers. Most importantly, employees can spend more
time
 with the family. On the other side by doing
work
 from, people will get more
time
 in the evening, they can plan for the personal activities like gym, walking and playing with their kids. It will be more advantageous for both companies and employees. Employees can
work
 more effectively and efficiently. By having own computer and mobile phones, everyone can see the world in their hand. Because if they want to see a place, they can search in the google and they can see the place in the pictures and videos. On the flip side, employees doing jobs at
home
 will cause some communication problems with other people sometimes. It will effect on productivity in the
work
. Sometimes it could cause the health issues
also
, because they cannot see the same seating comfort of the house. In my point of view, doing tasks at
home
 have more advantages. It will save the travel
time
 in the morning and evening every day and it will save the money

. But at least in a week one or two days must go to the office
