People in all modern societies use drugs, but today's youth are experimenting with both legal and illegal drugs, and at an increasingly early age. Some sociologists claim that parents and other members of society often set a bad example. Discuss the causes of widespread drug use by young people in modern day society. Make any recommendations you feel are necessary to help fight youth drug abuse.

Drug addiction is the serious issue of concern. It is said by some individuals that in
this
modernized world usage of drugs have been increased as compared to ancient time. There are various reasons behind
this
phenomena and solutions will be elaborated in the aforementioned paragraphs.
To begin
with, one of the main causes of the intake of drugs is increased level of stress and anxiety due to the work pressure and competing at academic level.
For instance
, a survey was conducted by Karl Mark in all the developed and developing countries and its result was that seventy percent youth and adults are involved in drugs because of many mental disorders and stress. Another cause is that these days children and parents live alone and they feel lonely and depressed, so they consume drugs.
On the other hand
, the Government can tackle
this
problem by limiting the supply of drugs. It should monitor school and colleges which are the hub of drug supply because some individuals supply these substances directly to schools and colleges and those who are caught red- handed in supplying these drugs should be heavily penalized.Another remedy is that parents and children should talk to each other which is the main cause of the consumption of drugs and they should not live separately. To recapitulate, I would like to write that
this
problem is expanded worldwide
,
Accept space
,
but all the nations should make joint efforts in order to tackle
this
problem.
