It is clear that more people around the world are becoming vegetarians because they believe there are improvements to their overall health. Undoubtedly, eating too much beef and especially pork is detrimental to our digestive systems.
In addition
, the fact that there are healthy populations in some parts of the world where

dishes are not part of their main diet taking a good example is India, where vegetables are considered of greater importance and

is not an essential part their daily consumption.
