It is debated by people whether we should keep investing in space exploration for its speculated benefits or should we stop pouring down money in
this
lane. I stand for the picture to not be so black or white. Exploration and advancement are the part of human evolution and it must continue but within bounds of control. The possibilities that can lead to exploring space can be endless. The universes are filled with unimaginable wonders
such
as alien life or a new form of material that can reinvent the entire world and its functioning. Another reason for the exploration of the universe is to find an alternative home for humankind as the earth is being overpopulated and being wiped off its resources everyday. The grievance of
this
matter has
also
been discussed by some famous scientists
such
as Steven Hawking. At the other hand, we have people protesting at the cost required for
such
programs and it is
also

as poverty, hunger, environment preservation, etc. To Conclude, I would say that in the pursuit of the sky, we shouldn’t forget our roots. In the dreams and trouble of tomorrow, we shouldn’t neglect today and its urgencies.
Therefore
the bodies responsible for the expenditure of space should take calculative measures that reap the benefits of humankind for tomorrow as well as do justice to the emergencies of today.
