Some people say that schools do not do enough to teach young people about health? Do you agree or disagree?

In contemporary society, only a few schools have in their syllabus a subject about
health
. In
this
context, it is argued by some that
this
theme should be taught more frequently. I tend to strongly agree with
this
mindset. From my own standpoint, it is essential for human beings to know how to maintain their
health
because we have seen a generation with many teenagers who already have problems related to it.
Firstly
, to have a healthy lifestyle is necessary to work a number of factors.
For example
, schools should teach how to plant vegetables to how to cook them.
In addition
, motivate their children to do outdoor activities, play sports, and more. The more the pupils are aware of food nutrients and how essential are the exercises, the more likely they care about their
health
.
Secondly
, schools should prohibit fast foods in their facilities.
As a result
, young individuals would develop the habit of eating healthily because they would not have another choice.
Furthermore
, every educational institution should have a vegetable garden and the students should have access to it. To illustrate, there are schools which prepare their meals using the greens that students planted and harvested.
Last
but not least, parents have a crucial role in assisting their children to understand about
health
.
Furthermore
, guardians who have a healthy life tend to have sons and daughters that are keen on eating nutritious foods and practice exercises. To sum up, as I see it, schools should motivate students to have a healthier life through theory and practical lessons.
However
, parents have to be an example to their children at home,
in other words
, they should have a good lifestyle.
