Currently there is a trend towards the use of alternative forms of medicine. However, at best these methods are ineffective, and at worst they may be dangerous. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

There is a range of treatments for illnesses nowadays.
However
, it can be hard to find out the one that best suits each cause.
Besides
laboratory medicines, some natural elements
also
propose healing for many sicknesses, but are they really efficient? It is currently possible to find too many options, giving the doubt if they would end in a good experience or not. On the one hand, some researches say that alternative medicines -
such
as naturals oils, teas made from specific plants, exercises, can be very helpful at treating human issues, bringing positive results and no need of pills and other strong medicaments that can have a bad effect in our organism like antibiotics
for example
.
However
, not many people who choose those natural treatments have gotten great results, which bring us to the bad side of
this
choice. Unexpected reactions might appear from using new alternatives of medicines, because of the fact they are new in the market and most of them have not been tested long enough to be trusted.
Moreover
, doctors and other specialists usually do not recommend
this
kind of treatment, making it a hard decision on your own.
Although
bad effects might be caused, they are easier to be solved than laboratory drugs as people can have serious allergies from them and might not even know it. In the conclusion to it, using other types of medicine apart from the usual shows pros and cons, and I truly believe neither of them can provide all needed results, but to pick one of them, I would go for the simple and most natural chance.
