Some people think the qualities a person needs to become successful in today's world cannot be learned at a university or similar academic institution. To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

Some individuals hold a belief that requirements to become successful in the contemporary world cannot be obtained from academic schools. In my opinion, I somewhat disagree with
this
notion and I believe that in order to attain success in life, one must possess quality both inside and outside universities. There are some reasons why I believe that knowledge acquired from schools is of fundamental importance to future success.
First
, successful people in some specialized fields can be equipped with relevant knowledge in no places but in academic institutions.
In particular
, if a person wants to become an acclaimed general practitioner, he has to know several medical practices like the judicious use of antibiotics or carrying out an operation, which

Second
, colleges offer students a variety of opportunities to hone their skills and dig deeper into their field of interest
such
as doing experiments in laboratories and presentations.
Therefore
, university graduates can have a better understanding of the knowledge and apply it to their work more effectively, which leads to promising results in their careers. I

eeded qualities apart from attending universities. Humans can develop their social skills when participating in part-time jobs.
For example
, when working as sales clerks in a department store, they can know some ways to make conversations with people from different walks of life and how to persuade people to buy their products.
As a result
, they can enhance their communication and negotiation skills, which are vital for future prominent business people.
In addition
, by working in companies, people can establish a close rapport with their colleagues and employers.
This
means that when they get lost in finding solutions for climbing up their career ladder, they can turn to their peers in companies for advice or even ask others to lend them a hand.
Thus
, they can avoid making unnecessary mistakes and achieve their goals faster and more easily. In conclusion, I partly disagree with the statement that people can learn nothing from academic institutions. I believe that the prerequisites for success can be obtained from not only outside but
also
inside universities.
