Policymakers often debate if the compulsion on unpaid

 services will have a beneficial effect on high school students or not. To a certain extent, working for
society
 will help students to improve physically as well as mentally. A few observation offer support to consider that the students who started contributing towards

 at an early age will remain fit and attractive. As in high schools, the students have plenty of time to do something for others. Some of the children still doing
work

 services, but some are too lazy that after school, they directly come to the home for sleep or play indoor games.

, if high schools started compulsion on

 services,

 they will not only remain physically fit but
also
 helps them to improve communication skills, teamwork or management. Afterwards, they can quickly build relationships with others and organize things properly, which will help them to make an attractive CV and get an excellent job in future.

 services give student opportunities to understand the condition of
society

 for improving their situation. As starting the Voluntary services from an early age will give a strong base to every student, their mind will

 more creatively, and they can handle the difficult situation without any stress or frustrations.

 in past can easily do the leadership job in college or offices; they know how to manage every colleague to reach the goal effectively. Undoubtedly, authorities should create
