A healthy person is often described as someone who has a good diet, gets plenty of exercise and avoids stress. What should people do to stay healthy in your country?
A healthy person is a symbol of good health. A large portion of the group believes to get help from exercises and balance diet. But some of the people are not more aware of the advantages or they just tend to do skip days as they are busy into the business. The world knows that a healthy lifestyle has more advantages and it is outweighed on the unbalanced life. Firstly, many people are more conscious about their health and they really involved in to do plenty of exercises and eating balance diet on daily basis. However, generally, they do not have enough time to spend themselves but they know how they can keep the routine in balance. Most individuals go to the gym and do kinds of weight liftings, although there are more coaches available into the gym to guide and gives strength training. On the other hand, we could see a big online platform available with a lot of many fitness trainers to share the knowledge of eating balance diet. For example, there is one fitter app available in India and my husband really had shown his remarkable control on fitness through some of the exercises and the diet plan suggested by the trainer. Conversely, there are many people who have not strong opinions for their life point of view as they are busy into earning. However, I believe to spending lot of time in office hours and avoiding regular meals, even eat some junk in a hurry instead to eat healthy with just one-line that we did not get time to eat. These are reasons that can affect energy and causes long illness and other diseases. In conclusion, I reckon that people should do at least 20 mins exercise every day and even if is not possible then there are a plethora of things available to keep ourselves fit and healthy. We should motivate well-being and vigour. As recently in a couple of years, I have seen that our prime minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji started International yoga day to bring the awareness of yoga effects in among the people. Which is a good example to give the people notice and health and fitness is huge in demand.
