You have been doing some voluntary work to help your local community. However, now you are unable to continue doing this work.

Dear Mr Johnson, My name is Brenda, I’m one of the volunteers of the English Camp
this
year and I’m writing
this
letter to inform you that I can no longer continue with the work. The main reason I will need to leave the camp sooner than expected is that right after I arrived home yesterday, it has come to my knowledge that my father has received a job offer to work outside the state.
Besides
that, since the company have some urgency to fill the vacancy, we must move to Houston by the end of the week. I am aware the volunteers have a lot of work to do until the end of the camp,
therefore
, I have separated a name from the waiting list of the program as a suggestion for my replacement, her name is Lisa and she is beyond happy with the opportunity to take part of
such
a remarkable initiative. Tell me if you would like to discuss that before my departure. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, Brenda May
