Dear Sir, I am writing in regards to the printer I bought from your shop

week on the 14th of November, 2020. The printer was working fine for the

three days, but later its speed reduced and the paper started getting stuck in the machine.
Additionally
, even after giving a command for double-side printing, it prints only on one side, resulting in a waste of paper. As my job involves tax filing it requires printing of a large number of documents, which needs to be submitted to the government officials monthly.
Therefore
, due to a problem in printing the filing of documents is getting delayed and the repercussion of it is a cancellation of my work permit.

, the equipment is under its warranty period,
