Having a good university degree guarantees people a good job. To what extent do you agree?
Education is
one
of the major aspects to become successful in life. There has long been a subject of discussion that having higher qualification provides the guarantee that one
would get a better job
after its completion. My view does not coincide with this
proposition as there are many other vital factors that are also
important to get a skilled job
which I will discuss in upcoming paragraphs.
There is a myriad of arguments in favour of my stance. The most telling one
lies in the fact that better communication skills to socialize with the other employees and the business competitors. Not only, a person with good qualities to communicate is prioritized by employers as it is a quality which helps to build better relations with others in professional life, but it also
helps new joiners to adjust more easily in the work environment. For example
, for most of the multi-national companies having communication skills is a part of eligibility criteria to apply for such
jobs. As a result
, strong relations among employees help to coordinate easily with each other results into a more successful business.
Another fact to note is that prior experience in a certain field of job
might also
play a key role in getting a job
on a reputed post. By gaining experience in a small firm of a particular field, one
can raise his chances of getting selected in a multi-national company. To illustrate, working as an analyst in a local firm for some years makes the curriculum-vitae of a candidate stronger than a fresher one
to become a part of r
eputed industry. Resultantly, Add an article
the
such
experienced candidates are given more priority by the Human Resource.
To summarize, academic qualification alone is not responsible for an individual to get a good job
, but there are many other aspects that also
play an instrumental role to be a part of a reputed organisation. Therefore
, one
must have other skills also
like a better way of communicating with others and experience.Submitted by kirandeepkang1992 on
