The table illustrates the proportion of females in senior managerial roles in 3 companies namely Eldan Ltd, Bamforth Ltd and Finsbury Ltd from 1975 to 2015. Overall, all three companies saw an increase in the number of women in senior management positions over the years. It is evident that the Eldan Ltd which had just 3 per cent of ladies in senior roles in 1975 rose significantly to 33% in 2000 and
thereafter
 it almost doubled in 15 years.
Similarly
, Bamforth Ltd with less than a tenth of lady senior managers grew gradually in number till 2000( 17%) and in a decade and a half almost tripled to little less than 50%.
On the other hand
, when compared to the other two companies there was a steady increase in the percentage of feminine gender in Finsbury Ltd company except for a 2percent decline in 1980 from 16% in1975.
However
, by 2015, more than a quarter of its top managers were women.

    • Sentence 1 - Summary
    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
