Nowadays there is a shortage of housing which has given rise to several social consequences. It is only the government who can solve this problem. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In the era, where people and technology getting modern
day
by
day
there
problem
also
increasing. The shortage of
house
is the main
problem
coming in front of everybody and only the
government
can solve
this
issue. I agree with
this
statement and explaining in
further
paragraphs. To begins with, the
government
taxes on properties or the prices of the
house
is the main reason which increasing several social consequences because increasing of population
day
by
day
and the shortage of space in developed cities rise the
price
of houses or properties
for example
if we talk about the
city
of Toronto is the main
city
of Canada and everyone wants to live there but the
problem
of population and
price
of the new or old
house
is so big that normally individuals cannot afford.
Secondly
, issue of campaigns like stop cutting the trees or save the world that makes pressure on the
government
that now they increase the
price
of woods and taxes so that people less use the woods to make houses but which
also
one is the reason of shortage of housing.
Furthermore
, the
government
only can solve
this
problem
with some new rules
firstly
regime should provide all the requirements or all the other facilities in another
city
so that people, not focus to live in one signal
city
and they should have reduced the
price
of houses so those people who live in that
city
for so long cannot live with the fear of taxes.
Secondly
, the
government
should try to make new material of houses so that, they will not harm the environment and they can make lots of cheaper
house
for society. In the nutshell, the
government
should focus on all these consequences and give some relief or rebate to their society people from rising of prices or taxes of houses and save the world to grow more and cut less tress and use only for big needs.
