The best method of teaching children at schools is always a relevant matter to be discussed. It is argued by some that individual-work on

, believe that teamwork is the most effective way. In my opinion, teamwork provides better results for children development but individual-format studies

 have its benefits. Working individually in class allows students to learn at their own pace.

 means they will be able to develop their learning skills in an appropriate rhythm which will help them to create fully-personalized strategies to complete

, students may not develop important human relationship skills if they only work individually.

 can help students to develop their intellectual and emotional skills. Since humans need to learn how to integrate into society, working within a team is one of the best methods to teach students how to socialize with others. In the

 environment, children can feel alone if teachers do not provide any kind of integration among the students. Working in groups is a smart way of how to help young children to get to know each other, creating a sense of fellowship among them.

, in groups, children will learn how to negotiate their roles and responsibilities in projects.
