Some people think that school children should be asked to work individually in class. Others believe that working in small groups is better. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

The best method of teaching children at schools is always a relevant matter to be discussed. It is argued by some that individual-work on
school
projects is the best for students. Others,
however
, believe that teamwork is the most effective way. In my opinion, teamwork provides better results for children development but individual-format studies
also
have its benefits. Working individually in class allows students to learn at their own pace.
This
means they will be able to develop their learning skills in an appropriate rhythm which will help them to create fully-personalized strategies to complete
school
tasks.
Also
, studying and solving
school
works by themselves will force them to learn time management, which is very important during the years at
school
.
However
, students may not develop important human relationship skills if they only work individually.
For instance
, if students do not learn how to socialize with others they can face loneliness and lack of empathy when growing up. Teamwork during
school
can help students to develop their intellectual and emotional skills. Since humans need to learn how to integrate into society, working within a team is one of the best methods to teach students how to socialize with others. In the
school
environment, children can feel alone if teachers do not provide any kind of integration among the students. Working in groups is a smart way of how to help young children to get to know each other, creating a sense of fellowship among them.
Also
, in groups, children will learn how to negotiate their roles and responsibilities in projects.
This
will enable accurate intellectual skills throughout their life at
school
and after. As a conclusion,
besides
individual work helps students to learn at their speed,
this
may cause a lack of social development among them. I believe that working in groups is better for students since
this
will develop very important skills in their lives.
