In many countries it is now illegal to smoke in public places. It is only fair that people who wish to smoke should have to leave the building. Do you agree or disagree?

Smoking is considered as the root cause for major diseases like lung and heart failure and cancer. Considering which several nations has legally prohibited smoking in public places, and individuals who still wish to smoke have to escape premises to some open area. In my opinion, I believe
this
initiative taken by the countries will help in reducing smoking-related diseases to great extent. To embark upon, smokers not only risks their like by smoking but
also
the people in the surroundings by worsening the air quality. The medical practitioners have guaranteed that near and dear ones of a smoker are as much vulnerable to serious diseases as himself. By restricting its consumption in close vicinity at least the innocent can be saved from dying.
For instance
, imposing penalties on citizens showing negligence towards smoking rules will be of the great hand towards eradicating
this
growing addiction among people.
Conversely
, it is hard for people who are addicted to smoking to stop it suddenly.
Hence
,
instead
of penalizing them, every time government should provide them with alternatives to move out from the addiction.
For example
, free medical and counselling assistance on how to distract themselves when they feel the urge to have a cigarette.
Additionally
, it would be inconvenient for them to leave the building every time they feel like smoking, so
this
will
also
be helpful in reducing their cigarette intakes. To conclude, smoking is quite normal among adults and youth.
Hence
, it is quite imperative to take measures to curb
this
progressively growing dependency. I believe, the step is taken declaring smoke in public and close areas illegal will surely discourage smokers from smoking to some extent.
