every one of us should become a vegetarian because eating meat can cause serious health problems.to what extend do you agree.

It is widely believed that consuming non-vegetarian food affects one's physical well being and
hence
should be totally avoided.
This
idea has been accepted and practised by a lot of people around the globe.
However
, I completely disagree with it. In
this
essay,I shall
further
elaborate on my viewpoints. Many types of meat come with a lot of health benefits which are essential to lead a healthy life. They are a useful source of nutrients which are not provided enough in vegetarian foodstuffs. As an example, fish has an abundance of protein and good cholesterol which are necessary for a human body for its optimum functioning.
Such
nutritional values aren't present in any veg dishes so

eplacement for fishes in the pure veg diet is difficult to find.
Also
, avoiding meat completely can disrupt the food chain which can be harmful to the ecological system. If human beings stop eating the consumable birds and animals, their numbers would increase greatly thereby, disturbing the balance of the foodstuff hierarchy. A recent paper published by the University of Sharjah in the UAE revealed that if the consumption of cows (as beef) drops, the resultant increase in cow population will cause depletion of certain vegetation consumed by cows as well as people.
Thus
, considering the fact that a total end to non-veg food consumption does not only take away an important nutritious source but
also
affects the ecological cycle.
Therefore
, I conclude that avoiding non-veg edibles totally is not a good idea and it should not be followed or practised.
