Wealthy nations should assist poorer countries with humanitarian relief during natural disasters. Do you agree or disagree?

I believe that the world should act as one when it comes to natural disasters as
this
is no one's fault and can happen to anyone, anywhere around the globe. Yes, I strongly agree that wealthier nations should extend their backing for the poorer countries as by doing so they are helping mankind to survive. With the lack of money and poor infrastructure, the developing or poorer countries face a major hit when any natural disaster occurs, their people suffer a lot and these countries take time to overcome the disaster. When wealthier countries provide their backing to these countries they not only save lives but
also
makes new relationships or make an old relationship stronger with the leaders of these countries.
For example
,when Nepal was hit by a massive earthquake, India came forward and provided their backing to Nepal which was appreciated by the leaders around the world.
This
backing makes a relation between countries stronger and help people to benefit from tourism, foreign investment and

ot of new opportunities. When people of poorer countries are hit by any natural disaster it takes time for their country to provide backing for each and everyone due to lack of funds or manpower but with the help from people around the globe they can try to come back on their normal lives as early as possible.
This
also
increases respect and love around the world which is much needed in these times where hatred is spread easily.
Therefore
wealthier countries should provide their support as they will act as angels for the poorer countries and not only will save the humankind but will
also
spread love and support.
